If you're good with checking authenticity I recommend eBay. I get a lot of steals on there. I've had maybe 3 pairs that were fake. I just sent them back and got a refund.

Do the fakes come from accounts with 95-99+ % approval? Or what be their account ratings

1 had a high approval rating. They just didn't know they were fake. The other ones were pretty new accounts and I took a risk knowing I shouldn't have.
