the rock and stone cold had better stage presence than some rappers nowadays
they maxed out their stats on charisma and aura. they were made for wrestling and i'm happy i grew up watching them alongside other greats at the time in the form of angle, taker, edge, jeff & matt, trish stratus, lita, jericho, and eddie.
he was one of the most technically efficient, high work-rate, consistent, extremely talented wrestlers to tie up a pair of boots.
although to promote him in any form or fashion is in bad taste. whenever his name is brought we instantly think of the tragedy that took place.
he took the life of two innocent people, one being a child
it's difficult to watch his matches, despite his talent, but what transcended over that weekend will forever overshadow his achievements in the ring.
For sure thats completely fair. As ive gotten older its easier for me to separate him from that event and just try to enjoy wrestling as a whole, even though im not searching up any benoit clios anytime soon. Although it prolly shouldnt be easier. What he did was horrifying and its part of the reason i stopped watching
I know most of y’all was probably over wrestling by then but CM Punk at Money in the Bank 2011 is second to none

i'm not going to condemn people for watching his matches, if they can watch it and separate the art from the artist then that's their business and i respect that.
my problem arises from highlighting him on a public forum. the moment with eddie at WMXX was heart warming at the time, however now in light of the events it just isn't the same for me personally.

in my top ten matches oat.
the build, story, pipebomb, promo with vince, the crowd at chicago, the threat of punk taking the title to tna (in kayfabe) was the perfect remedy for a brilliant feud with cena.
