Sparked by a debate I was having in the now locked Drake classics thread where a nigga said CLB is a "classic" and better than Blueprint 2(considered one of Jay's weakest albums).

Being unbiased, which album do you think is better?

I'm personally going with BP2 despite it being an uneven album because of songs like The Watcher, Some Way Some How, Hovi Baby, Poppin Tags, and Meet The Parents. Not to mention 03 Bonnie and Excuse Me Miss are better singles than Girls Want Girls and Way 2 Sexy imho.

But what's your opinion?

The Blueprint²: The Gift & the Curse

BP2 is a bottom tier Hov album with a few gems
Clb is Drake’s worst album… outside of Pipe Down nothing worthwhile

both are messy albums but CLB

Even the R Kelly collab albums are better than CLB

Obviously CLB but BP2 highs clear by a mile

blueprint 2 has good songs but you gotta be old af to pick that over clb

CLB is a better album listening experience to me

but BP2 is so JAY-Z that it kinda makes up for the overlong runtime because you get him in such rare form on so many songs on there

You don't get that level of locked in focus on CLB from a rapping POV

If BP2 was condensed it could be a stamped classic

BP2 easy. It’s bloated obviously but nothing on CLB is touching Meet the parents, watcher 2, excuse me miss, somehow someway
