Because the way he phrased it may sound offensive because he’s an old white man, but he isn’t wrong. If you don’t vote for Biden, then you’re basically okay with Trump getting reelected (unless you’re in a definite blue state) and Trump getting re-elected would be a definite detriment to the black community. If you’re a black person living in a battleground state and you don’t vote Biden, you don’t have the your community’s best interests in mind

In addition, do you feel that the “you ain’t black” joke is more offensive than Trump saying that he’s done more for Black people than other US president except maybe Lincoln ?
