Just know your body, look at yourself in the mirror, try to sit down in what your wearing. It’s okay you don’t have to do the skinny pants they’re not even in style anymore or look like a guy you’ve seen on a Instagram lost. If your pants are too long or baggy just get them tailored. It’s hard being a big guy and wanting to dress good. You don’t want to look like rob kardashian or the big guy that’s a hair stylist that’s wears skinny jeans and a vest. A lot of brands are actually making their clothes oversized so it would kinda look normal on a big guy. I was over weight still am I wish oversized was thing when I needed it

Definitely work on proportions, try to find clothes that fit your body well! It’s hard but you can definitely start with basics and move from there. I agree that it’s hard to find clothes when your bigger but a lot of workwear can look good especially if it fits well.

My advice would to start with low cost basics (especially if you plan on trying to lose weight) and then going from there. Try to avoid very skinny clothes and focus on sizing and feeling comfortable in your clothes!

Some brands I think would work well are carhartt (wip or regular) and uniqlo would be good starting points

At the end of the day if you feel confident in it or you like it you should wear it! And also bodies come in all different shapes and sizes so don’t let these herbs body shame you.

Also don’t wear pajama pants in public unless you gonna rock the Cookie Monster fitted too 💯

The Cookie Monster fitted 🤣 🤣 🤣 I've got some basic carhartt tees and a WIP hoodie so I think im headed in the right direction in that regard. I found a good fit of Levis that leaves good room in the thighs but tapers off without looking like parachute pants and allows nice stacking on most shoes. Thanks for all the encouragement man, its really giving me a sense of direction <3

Yeah man no problem at the end of the day fashion is a way to express yourself so just wear what you like and what you feel good in! Good luck in the future I hope to see more fits and some improvement soon!
