sean talkin about money hiding wasn’t related to ye or pusha n if u listen to how he words himself u can tell he’s trying to avoid outright accusations

there’s no reason for him to audit good music when he could just ask pusha or ye n if they lied to his face then sean got no reason to claim he still loves em n s*** like that, much less does he have reason to not call them out on that aspect if he’s gonna pretend to call em out for the other 95% of that situation

he’s just spinning a parent label situation into something vague and dramatic, just like how he took advantage of the ye still owes me my masters situation when he likely knew that def jam n all the higher up labels to good music were holding his masters, not ye personally

These guys acting like Kanye wrote Big Sean contract himself and it wasn't just a standard industry one for a new artist

Like I say, it doesn't make it ok..

But the fact remains that if Big Sean got the point he started his own label he prob would have been signing artists to similar deals

Kanye still s***ty for saying what he said and I'm not blaming Sean for speaking out same way it was within Ye rights to speak out about his contract drama (which btw a lot of ktt had zero support or empathy for)

he said he had to pay to get his label audited thinking it was universal but found out the money had been paid to GOOD MUSIC

u can spin that however u want, it's clear they didn't gaf about writing that wrong the moment he found out
he must have not pressed enough

we're talking millions too, u can't just forget to pay your artist like big sean (famous and a GOOD music staple) millions of dollars, gtfoh lmaoo

it wasnt about forgetting im sayin that it's clearly bigger label politics meanwhile sean is makin it sound like it's truly ye/pusha conniving

which if u wanna believe that, then ok but it makes all his other behaviors rly uncorrelated. who tf is gonna catch their boss stealing millions from them and lying about it and then turn around and say "i love ye"

sean is jus tryin to be on both sides w/ his explanations. thats also why he brings up the "worst deal ever" remark even tho ye didnt write the contract, couldnt write the contract, etc. it ain't ye's fault that baby labels get contracts written for them by the bigger labels, but how does sean spin it?

I don't feel like sean is making it seem like ye/pusha were conniving
he's saying, I stayed by their side even whilst going thru that , he couldv'e blasted GOOD Music but decided to stay put and remain loyal to ye, nothing changed for him
which is why he doesn't understand why ye threw him under the bus by saying what he said on drink champs

sean is dissapointed in ye for not riding with him even after he rode for ye plenty times

crine ye knows wtf a bad deal is, he's allegedly signed plenty of them, no one is saying ye wrote the deal, it's kinda obvious he doesn't care to put his mentees onto game about this industry and/def jam imo

the worst deal part further proves that despite sean's label issues didn't deter him from being loyal to ye which again makes ye's comment's seem worse and even more backstabbing imo

like ppl itt rly aint notice how he skirts around these questions ye talks bout the 2020 campaign, big sean talks about a tweet from 2015 and ppl itt is like yea that satisfies my curiosity!

Hard to have an empathy for the guy who signs his own artists to the same deals. So when Kanye makes one artist sign some greedy contract, it's a standard one, but one which Kanye signed is somehow special and way worse.

Tbf he only has a very small level of control over those good music contracts, he can't really change them.

Not sure he even knew at that time how bad the contracts were, but if he did, how should he operate, not sign them knowing this or sign them ?

    Lmao

    Cmon bro

Even if it's a bad deal you can't miss the part out where Sean became a big star and made millions after Kanye brought him in and signed him

The fact is most of these artists are signing bad deals when they sign, Kanye himself of course. It doesn't make it OK but that's the price they paid for signing to a label that helped them blow up

And honestly? The price is worth it

Y'all all make fun of the flop artists labels sign and lose millions pushing. That's the game

I expect better from an artist. This is Kanye not Lyor

i gues he shouldve opted to dissolve the label and never have the influence to even give big sean a chance to be signed it's the only moral option

    HOV INNOCENT

So Ye found a guy under 20 years old, had him help writing Graduation with no credit and publishing, then signed him to a s*** deal. Knowing that Sean would take it because he admires him so much.

It’s sad hearing Sean say that he was ok with getting f***ed just because signing with Ye was a great opportunity

    F*** Kanye for this
