this is just not the case people just be saying s*** nowadays
All his top tracks on streaming are filled with features and hits from like a decade ago
Never seen his name on a top 5 even on this rap nerd site. Past few weeks I’ve just seen force fed Big Sean threads
bounce back tbh
The second string of the 3 is with Travis, Rocky and Future.
Then Wale, Meek & Sean in the 3rd.
Of 2010 to 2017
He is not close to the starting line. Yeah he has some hits but none of his projects nor skills or impact match the 1st or second.
Stop the cap.
There is nothing Sean has done that is better, more impact or influencial as 2014 Forest Hills Drive
Gkmc, FHD & TC is what made them the big 3 and Sean doesnt have anything close
Big 3 convo started way before FHD dropped lol don’t rewrite history here
FHD blew up so big because people were already hyping him as a “big 3” rapper in the first place

ROCKY?!
Blue Lips one of the best rap albums this year
Its his best album imo but it definitely has more of a hipster sound
Drake, Sean, Cole?
The big 3 niggas thats scared of Kendrick I agree with you
For the hipsters but it's a good album
The hipsters? bruh please stop. This ain’t it. Go to the show, I bet it’s mostly black people, and not the hipster type
Real big 3 that was being pitched was Cudi Wale and Drake if you were around

I was outside the show the other weekend and that's all that was out
His album barely feel like a rap album to me
And when my brother champion it, I know which side niggas it's resonating with

That's the lane if he should be in right now at this stage of his career (the Denzel Currys/Earl Sweatshirts, Freddie Gibbs, etc) of the rap world
quality > quantity
Crash Talk was him trying too hard to fit in with the younger generation and it didn't come off as genuine
All seriousness though I don’t know if I could name a single person I know whose favorite rapper is Big Sean. No disrespect to him, he’s always been one of the rappers I’ll always check out and happy to see his career flourish for as long as it has but he ain’t him. Some people gotta be Lebron and some people gotta be Chris Bosh. Both deserve their flowers
