That just means 3.4k copies a day. Not bad by any means. It's 2024 let's stop comparing Sean to the big 3 or the other A-listers. First and foremost it was a great album. Secondly he's not chasing hits. And third no one was comparing Nas numbers to GKMC or NWTS back in 2013. His place is solidified and he's doing what he wants now. That's all he can and should be doing rn. If he was aiming to do big numbers by chasing hits and missing like Rocky I could see the hate being warranted

i would say it's because he took four years off, but Q took five years off and managed to sell 34k with a way less mainstream album than crasH talk. so yeah i guess hip-hop collectively realized as a genre that it didn't really need sean after he was gone for so many years.
