HURRY UP sabthey work with him constantly, both signed to him at one point, and make the cut on most his albums. they’re used to it.
someone like Soulja has never been on a Kanye album & rarely works with him, so when he’s offered a feature spot, it’s much more insulting to remove his verse, especially when there’s insufficient communication with him before then. i’m p sure Kanye’s physically been with Push & Cudi during this album-making process, so he could’ve told them “your verses aren’t making the album”.
Kanye’s whole work process is scummy for the people who aren’t physically there with him, no matter how well-known that process is.
but yea obviously Soulja just doing this as a pub stunt for his album on Friday at the end of the day, so no need to take it seriously lol

Nah drake recently just did it with what's next and cut baby keem and carti. And keem didn't know bout it, and he said that's just his process.
With a lot of major artists you hear other artists or producers say stuff in interviews like "i did song with .... and maybe I'll make the album or not" cause they never know if they will and its ultimately the artist who's putting the song out decision.
