there are some artists where the jump from one album to the next feels insane.
not just better production or a bigger budget, but you can literally hear that life changed. the confidence is different, the lyrics suddenly mention private jets, designer clothes, mansions, expensive taste, and even the music itself sounds like it has money behind it. like they went from recording in a bedroom to walking into a million-dollar studio.

i'm talking about artists where they genuinely became way wealthier in between those two albums, and the records almost document that transformation in real time.
