I agree with this to an extent but when you factor in all the other rappers that died early, it kinda shows you how important biggie was before he died because none of them have the same aura or talk other than pac.

no one would do the exact same today because they aren't as good as biggie. Other rappers can't write as good as he did.
I also don't see any scenario where he falls off in an alternate timeline because he would've been with Puff along the way. Puff made a billion off being elevated for being by Biggie's side for few years, could only imagine what they would've done together

I get younger people and my generation thinking his glory is nostalgia based but the raps are so unique and timeless I always wonder what they're not hearing when he raps
