What does billboard have to do with this? He’s telling you Ariana had a bunch of sales purchased last second. Billboard just mocks up a list based on sales. They’re not the ones buying songs for the artist

They definitely want the song to go #1 and it’s not hard to believe they did stuff to make Tekashis single have lower stats
