If you run an onlyfans where you upload nude photos of yourself every day or so, then your mental health/body is probably fine realistically.

However, let's say you recently turned 18 and decide to start doing p***. A lot of the times, people in these situations are being coerced into doing things that are way beyond their boundaries. That's not "the act of having s***on camera", that is being violated.
