Kinda meh choice since she's headlined so much already recently. Every festival been booking the same artists pretty much and the only real sell are how the undercards look. Travis (before recent events) wasn't that much more unique of a headliner.

Saw Billie headline a few months ago nearly front row and it was great time tho so she'll be fine. I remember watching her stream at the last Coachella and she did well there too

Frank and Travis was meant to headline in 2020 but then then they cancelled the festival two years in a row due to covid. Half the headliners were signed to rollover their headline to this year like travis did before the astroworld deaths. Frank decided skip another year and wait for 2023 Coachella.
