Backyard is not on rodeo, p***ography is whatever

this album has some of my favorite Trav tracks, i don't know about best but i don't care to rank it either. must have played Coordinate a million times by now, gave Way Back and The Ends a lotta love, Through the Late Night, even loved Lose for a bit and yeah, it was a dope project

backyard dont even sound like modern travis and p***ography (edgy ass track) isnt that memorable of a track dude. the whole point is that birds was the creation of TRAVIS SCOTT sound.

was it so hard to say Birds was the starting point of the Travis sound we know today because you were way off with your Kanye/Cudi bit, like wayy off lol, there are actually several tracks that prove otherwise

Travis to his benefit is a human tumblr page. unless hes alone on a track hes usually never the most exciting part of the song, but is the person that curated all those artist together. is it too far fetched that i think that travis back then was just a bunch of good curation of my favorite artists? he took little bits from cudi, rocky, tyler, a lot from kanye to make essentially the ultimate gen z rapper. did he have glimpses of that sound? yes but the songs you named dont even sound like modern travis. p***ography is like one of the least exciting songs off rodeo like deadass oh my dis side is lightyears ahead of that edgy ass cringe song

First listen album was amazing but I think overplayed it for like an year after, first 5 tracks back to back are 10/10 after that still good but not on the same level, but Pick up the Phone one of my favorite songs

i don't get it, like is it news to you niggas that artists are amalgamations of their favorite artists? that they start off with experimenting and find their sound over time? like please tell me y'all ain't really walking this earth believing otherwise, please because everyone says the same s*** about Travis and literally name an artist and they started off as a clone of someone else, look at Tyler, Hov, look at Cole, at Em, at Ye, literally name an artist and that'd be true for them

and bruh, calling P***ography edgy is actually the weakest criticism i've seen of that song, that's like some reddit s*** the nigga put T.I.'s eloquent ass to introduce the narrative of the album and he f***ing killed it, the build up, Trav's energy when the beat drops, like okay it's edgy lol, he was a 24 year old hype rapper what did you want from him, ain't Rodeo the same album that he had the line "dealing with more s*** that's complicated like these two b****es that might be related" lol, that's who Travis was at the time
