Man I was close. Yellow Wind Sage definitely the hardest boss I've encountered so far.

Same, I was fighting him without that wind thing that supposedly helps (because I didn't know such a thing existed lol). All good though, he's buried in the sand now.

Just turned my console off fighting him…what’s this mythical wind thing 😂

There’s an item called Wind Tamer that you get from a side-quest which is supposedly helpful when fighting the Yellow Wind Sage. It supposedly reduces the damage you take from his wind attacks. By the time I actually got it I had already beat him though.

It's the last quarter of his health bar that I just can't get. When we get to the halfway mark I start to struggle pretty hard.

I'm just seeing there is another secret boss in chapter 2 you should defeat first that will give you some s*** to craft a better weapon which would have made the fight even easier for me

There's way more secrets and side-quests in this game than I expected. I thought I was being careful and attentive but I've been backtracking after every chapter to find some b****** I've missed I'm on Chapter 3 now.
