Didn’t traumatize me lol but one time I was at Taco Bell waiting for my order in drive thru after they told me to and this old white redneck dude followed me out the drive thru mad bc I held line up and made wrong turn signal (as he was following me out of the Taco Bell)

I pulled over and stupidly put my window down when he started popping s*** and he started yelling and s*** and I almost reciprocated but I just stared at him and let him yell himself out once I remembered I ain’t have no way to really defend myself/no gun (he looked like a NRA grey neck beard type dude) + this an old white man who gon get benefit of the doubt and I’m young black dude with dreads and weed in the car lol

Came back to reality once I realized it could definitely escalate to me being a hashtag/Trayvon type bs situation. Bruh kept asking me if I had a problem like he just needed a reason

I went to school wit white people and always knew there were f***ed up people but never looked at them as a whole like that. S*** made me realize that post Trump boldness is real lol

I can't think of anything that's traumatized me, but there have been plenty of times I've looked back at a situation and realized some s*** they said or did was flagrant

Nah man we all have our different paths in life, some people achieve their dreams early on, some people achieve it later on. Everyone moves at a different pace, don’t ever compare others to yourself, even though it’s very hard not to.

Step by step and you’ll get where you’re heading, as long as you keep trying.

@op a couple years ago I got accused for stealing a white lady's phone, when I had nothing to do with the situation, and mind you this was at a fun park, where I was just trying to have some fun.

Now about a month ago, when I was making my way to work on my Skateboard. I was make a left turn that was my shortcut to my job, and I came across this old white guy's house and this guy just sprayed me with water on purpose when I was making a turn. Luckily no cars were there, but if they were, I would've died.

I also came to know that the old white man was a Trump Supporter smh.

When cops falsely arrested me at 16 years old, when I was just walking out of high school after taking a final. Like 7 of these cucks laughed at me to my face when I was pleading in the police department that I wasn’t SMOKING WEED BEHIND A CONVENIENCE STORE. this was back in 2011 so my school was ready to expel me or at the very least send my ass elsewhere. S*** was f***ed, but really made me distrust the police/ whites. They racially profiled the f*** out of me. They were looking for a black shirt/ red shorts, my outfit. But the real guy was literally 5’4 meanwhile I’m 6’0

You should have asked him if he had any country joints. S*** would have rocked his world

  • Damn. Reading this thread makes me realise how trash the US is. There is racism in the UK, for sure, but black kids at my school were always very popular in general. I had two close black friends (still friends today) who never put up with any of the s*** that is cited in here.

When was in like 3rd grade I lived in an almost all white (and a little bit of native) and these little white kids used to stick velcro in my hair. My sisters and I would get called n*gger all the time. I got blamed for everything that ever happened, even if I wasn't there. One time the racist ass principal suspended me and I refused to leave until they called my mom to pick me up (it was winter time in Alaska, I wasn't tryna walk home) so they called the police on me for trespassing. There was tons of little s*** that made me bitter and even, at times, hateful towards white people for awhile.
