i think you absolutely nailed the production on this. its glittery, its sugar sweet, its juvenile and it works with the y2k vibe this album had going for it.

loved the interludes, tons of great world building and you tied a lot of things between the songs

great performances from everyone but this album belongs to gabe fr fr stole the show here the way you stole on Puppies.

My biggest critique is how you guys collectively approach tracks. You all do great but i would love to see you and gabe do more hooks or have tracks where its just two/ one of you etc etc. The performances is great but its mroe of an arrangement thing

Tracks with just one or two of us will never happen its bsk, thats 3 of us always. Like fr id never ever want that to happen i can’t imagine calling a song that doesnt have gabe or deiondre on it a bsk song

But yeah Deiondre voice just fits a lot of the hook ideas perfectly and structure wise it ends up going that way bc me and gabe will write our verses at the same time hes making the beat but he did the hook on 6 songs and then me and her did the hook on 6 songs so it kinda evens out but me and gabe kinda play the main writers even though deiondre writes a lot too so usually i write the hook with him in mind or with a melody that he showed me usually but i think we still have a lot of unexplored territory in terms of structure in what we do, but not leaving people off songs tbh even reading that sends me to hell mentally

I’m glad you like it though, i definitely think this is a better album than surf i mean from any aspect really but my 2nd fav after this is probably whatever, man because it had really good transitions song to song.
