I'm glad because the general audience needs to wake up to this cool ass universe
Original's considered a classic though

Yeah it flopped but over time it gained the recognition it deserved and it's the inspiration for basically every sci fi city in movies since it 1982
Not that I mind more Blade Runner. Just sayin

I get what you’re saying
Personally it’s a top 3 favorite movie for me
Alien prequels have a lot of issues but David is such a great character. Need some conclusion to him
I’m here to argue vehemently against David being a great character, he has no foil, he’s boring
Smart move. Could be great for both franchises.
Alien franchise definitely needs it after what happened with Alien: Covenant
I was running on endorphins when they announced the alien show but now I’m like…where’s the precedent for something like this being good along with it being set on earth
Want to be hyped since Raised By Wolves was semi decent and Noah Hawley was a good pick for Alien. But Ridley did kind of s*** on 2049 so i'm curious what the scripts will actually look like
@Backlava LETS F***ING
GO
hope the main character aint a detective/cop or Bladerunner,
rather the main be a criminal and runs into conflict with replicants

Thatd be refreshing.
Then he wouldn't have an excuse to be a boring and soulless character

lol I liked Deckard and Officer K but I get where you're coming from
