I feel like the Fullbringer arc wasn't even that bad in the manga, idk it's been awhile, but man the anime version of it was mid
Y'all can say whatever you want about Kubo and Bleach, but the man knows how to design a character.
Kubo ight he just should have pulled out after Aizen so his manga didn't get canceled

I liked that part a lot, Ichigo with the fullbring ninja armor
Agreed, I’m still confused on that ability lol
I always thought of it as "no, you"
The most confusing aspect of the owner's character is that he had two letters, but I think the series really wanted to impress how much he was like his boss in terms of power
Also if you've never read Steel Ball Run (Jojo's Part 7) there's a major power that is VERY similar in definition to the Balance, that is executed way better

I was the biggest Bleach fan in 2005, you couldn't tell my 12 year old self nothing, but even I'll admit that the series peaked at the Soul Society arc.
But that's not to say that the TYBWA didn't have its inklings, their were some good concepts splattered and there. And the art was at its best.

That whole fight was just him and Uryu activating each other's trap cards, but they were both only using mirror force.

I think the Soul Society Arc was my favorite but the Arrancar Arc is also great and mostly tainted by how much filler the anime had back then, and how we didn't have great resources to sift through it (as Bleach was still releasing back then)

Uryu's "A" being supposedly able to defeat Almighty, while then getting outperformed by the "B" is still the funniest s*** to me
The one fatal flaw for Kubo is that he was just obsessed with showing something strong and then designing something even stronger in the next panel that nullifies the former power. That's what brought down the coolness for alot of the good guys in that arc

I think it was moreso that he was prioritized/was obsessed with fitting as many cool designs and concepts as he could possibly fit on a page, and then would TRY to write around that. But then would ultimately disregard that at the cost of it not making sense with the story.

Following initial word, Shueisha‘s Weekly Shōnen Jump has now confirmed the 20th-anniversary special manga chapter for Bleach.
The one-shot for Tite Kubo‘s beloved series will be part of this year’s 35th Weekly Shōnen Jump issue and will feature 74-pages. The “new episode” for the manga was revealed to have one color page and is set to center around a “certain ceremony.” The storied magazine teases the story with the line “Ichigo was invited to Soul Society for a certain ceremony but!?”
The upcoming special chapter will appear in the combined Weekly Shōnen Jump issue #36/37 set to release August 10.
Praying they touch up a few story lines and add in more mini flashback arcs like turn back the pendulum for backstory
Wanna see ukitake get a proper fight, unohana and shinji too
they better fill out the last arc more. s*** has so much potential . excited regardless since im all for the cool shonen s***
Spoilers on the new chapter is coming out and from what I’m reading this s*** looks like Kubo is gearing up for a new arc
Watching for the first time now. I've been binging all the big Anime shows for like the last year. I'm on season 3

He didn't used the arrow guy well due to rushed end

Are you talking about Uryu's father?

It's been a ton of Bleach momentum bubbling up ever since the success of Brave Souls and the nostalgia Boruto and Super have been eating off of. I really wouldn't be shocked if we got a reboot with Shaman King coming back and Evangelion ending...it's just massive amounts of flash backing in shonen right now
the vibes are in the air haha. I wonder if this steps on Burn the Witch's toes, which I heard was supposed to be integrating Bleach characters this year

Yeah it was pretty rushed towards the end. Between all the individual conflicts and battles, storylines and unexplored abilities, there was little room to let concepts breathe for a moment before introducing something that trumps it.
I still admire his creativity.

If they really give him extra time to explain s*** with this arc like was alluded to in here, I think the Sternritters will feel like more real characters, ala the Espadas, than just displays of cool ideas
outside of the one who burned s*** (Blaz?) and Gremmy, the rest of them felt mad one note

Multiple arcs with the Sternritters in similar fashion to the Espadas would've been nice 100%.
Bazz-B was the fire guy yeah; him, Gremmy and Jugram were the very few that really had some kind of interesting background shown in that small time.
