Bleach (stylized as BLEACH) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tite Kubo. It follows the adventures of the hotheaded teenager Ichigo Kurosaki, who inherits his parents' destiny after he obtains the powers of a Soul Reaper—a death personification similar to the Grim Reaper—from another Soul Reaper, Rukia Kuchiki. His new-found powers force him to take on the duties of defending humans from evil spirits and guiding departed souls to the afterlife, and set him on journeys to various ghostly realms of existence.

fam I hope so much the batches rumor is cap, the hype might get dry after a while.
Arc is 200 chapters long and some anime-only fights are confirmed so I wonder how many episodes we will get.

@BigPapi You should read the fullbringer arc and wait for the anime adaptation of the last one since anime might fix its issues

I hope so but there’s already a precedent with a show on Disney+ as ppl have pointed out. Is not looking good Though it depends on how many eps they release in one batch At least with JoJo it’s only in 3 parts. If they do it like that with 12 eps a batch it’s dunzo out here

what is the name of the original version of that theme? I've obv heard it 1000 times in the course of watching bleach, but never got the name

some YT comment said that kubo was trying to insert fights that got cut, which would greatly extend the episode count I'd imagine

not sure if he actually got any inserted, but I suppose we'll see. they could at least flesh out some of the ones that were clearly half assed like Shinji's

Anywhere in the 50 episode range is properly paced. I’m honestly expecting a chunk of episodes to adapt 4-5 chapters cuz many chapters if properly adapted on its own would be 4 min in length in the anime. Time will tell, we’ll get a good feel of the pacing when the first cour is done.
