i really wish bro dropped something maybe a tape like angels pulse but like 6 tracks or something like that just to give us a taster for the new album.
Never listened to him before, what's his most accessible album?

nah angels pulses was perfect for what it was
i’d rather just wait another year or two for a full project from the GOAT

all of them but freetown sound are v accessible imo
freetown was my first dev record and i loved a lot of songs on it, but it was hard for me to appreciate it as an album until much later when i became a bigger fan.
coastal grooves is indie pop
cupid deluxe is more 80s revival, more dream pop
freetown sound is a concept album in the vein of what’s going on, there’s a riot going on, that’s stitched together in an more unconventional way (some may disagree)
negro swan feels like the synthesis of a lot of these ideas and is arguably his best
those genres are arguable high key irrelevant. pick a single you like from his most streamed or whatever and just listen to that album! you’ll be sure to enjoy it
