if a game doesn't have a performance mode or anything like that then it's likely hard coded to run at 30 fps.

things like god of war/horizon have those so they would hit 60 fps in performance modes likely with the new hardware

Its a Japanese game. Think megaman you use to die over and over and over again. But Everytime you played again you learn t more and more about the layout of the map and the movement of the enemies.

Exactly. The level design is so good. The first time you find the shortcuts and see how the world is connected.

Getting deeper into the world and seeing the small changes and more bizarre it gets.

The skyline changes when you progress.

Is this that difficult I'm an average gamer and don't want to play some unbeatable s*** but I'm definitely interested in Bloodborne

bloodborne was my first from software game and while it does have a reputation for being "difficult" its honestly more so that the game doesn't hold your hand at all. tbh, once you adjust to the learning curve its really not THAT difficult.
