Tripping man. Any great performer would thrive in a stadium setting. It weeds out the great performers from the good/bad ones

Where is the album Kendrick

My local stadium has the absolute worst acoustics for live music and after going once I will never waste money going there again.

Hopefully he plays at the cfb stadium that's outdoors I saw Beyonce there and it sounded amazing

I’ve seen Kendrick live 4 times. His music has too much empty space and a lot of the songs rely on really focusing on his lyrics to support a stadium show imo

I went to Glastonbury and Kendrick smoked it and it had about 70 k watching his set live

He can easily correct that by performing with a live band and doing live renditions that are more expansive than the studio versions.

Plus, we don’t know what the new album sounds like yet, it could be music curated for a stadium setting

I guess. As a fan, I would want an arena tour more opportunities to see him and better for rap

Kendrick isn’t dumb bro. If he does stadium he will adjust and pretty easy. Any great performer will. He has watched Beyoncé perform two stadium shows and probably knows what it takes now.

I’ve never liked that mindset. Rap music shouldn’t be limited to smaller venues. The genre of music has nothing to do with how it translates, it depends on the artist and how good of a performer they are

Rap still has a lot to grow unfortunately. Stadiums is a necessary step in keeping up with the superstars of other genres.

Next album def gonna be a mainstream one like DAMN

Fr, virtually every superstar in the other dominant genres right now are doing stadiums. Taylor, Weeknd, Beyonce, Morgan, etc.

No reason we shouldn’t have rappers of that echelon who sell out stadiums as well

Definitely gonna need a pretty big opener. I’d say one up and coming artist and one big opener. The more confirmation they can get that tix will be sold out the better. Stadium shows are in a whole different realm. His new album will need to have multiple bangers too 🤞🏽

I’m thinking he will def chop it up with Beyoncé and Abel to get some support on how to get it done. It will be a major task.
