Few amazing songs but definitely a terrible album. I agree it's HOVs worst album.
Revival by Eminem is somehow worse though lol. Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg have made some terrible albums as well.
Scarface doesn't have any weak solo albums.

You're on d**** if you think this is his worst album when Kingdom Come, BP2, The Dynasty, Vol 1,2, and 3 exist(great songs on these but also some of the worst Jay Z as well). We not even gonna talk about the R.Kelly collab albums.
