I had fun with small world and cataan. Magic pauper if you want to be cheap and easy, commander if you want more to tune (I think thats how my friends explain them, I havent tried commander)

its a form of magic but online you can make your own free decks and stuff, my friends play some online version of it. Ive heard hearthstone went full pay to win years ago, so Im always wondering why anyone would play it now. I fired it up in covid and it was impossible

honestly I bet you can make a real deck for pauper and it would be cheaper than having a winning deck on hearthstone

Chinese checkers are super goated for 3 ppl which is rare. backgammon is amazing too. someday I'll explain my friends how to play mahjong and well have fun. 4-player catan is terrible without a 6-player expansion but its a classic
