any fans here?
A big fan of their work. My personal favorite is Campfire Headphase but I love all their stuff, MHTRTC/Trans Canada Highway, Geogaddi is amazing too.
Some good ones I chose randomly:
Telephasic Workshop >>
Amazing track.
The way they added the vocal effects to the track and how it builds is really unique and the beat is super funky.
Very slept on legends. There'd be no Clams Casino or ASAP Rocky as we know him without their sonic aesthetic existing to begin with tbh
Real as f***.
Very underrated it's crazy.
I got one friend who I got into them heavy cause I was always playing their s***.
other friends never really got it, but thats fine lol i tried playing Julie and Candy off Geogaddi one time while I was on shrooms with my friends (im sober these days, this was like 2018) lol and they didnt like the vibe and told me to shut it off hahaha. I get it looking back its not a sound for everyone but its very well executed and unique for certain types of people, thats why they're a bit niche i think. but still amazing. and to me they have some more accessible tracks, a lot off of campfire or some of their eps.
Twoism + Lsd
One of the best shrooms comedowns was with campfire headphase tbh, super cozy
i can imagine twoism being good, Melissa Juice is one of my all time favorite songs. Loved that one while walking through the woods

You’re not even gonna feel like you’re on planet earth anymore. Haven’t tripped acid in years but I discovered that when I was avidly dropping, would highly recommend while peaking or even as a comedown album

Same haven't done acid since 2017, did it a bunch, had some amazing experiences, then some bad ones and got spooked a bit, took a long break, then did shrooms and DMT in November which was intense af, was also taking way too much x**** for a few years, but am sober now mostly lol, taking a long break from psychs/stuff for now cause im trying to chill lol, but one day maybe ill dip my toes back in and i will keep that in mind, thank you man! I think my favorite acid music was ween/tame impala/smashing pumpkins but boards was always chill
Real af thread Twoism and Music Has the Right to Children were on repeat for me in highschool
Hell yeah, Geogaddi blew my mind the first time I heard it. Still gets heavy play

Beach at Redpoint, Music Is math, A is to B, 1969, Dandelion, Julie & Candy, Dawn Chorus are my favorites.
Legendary album. Cool too how it's been used in horror movies

Never heard of em. Where should I start? Or should I just start with the first project?

I'd listen to their discography in order. Their EPs are great too (Twosim/Trans Canada Highway/A Beautiful Place Out in The Country) But it also does depend a bit on what type of sound you like. (Less experimental, more chill/darker, more ambient etc)
Where should I start @ayoo
