I’ve never taken the time to go through enough of Waits catalog, but Dylan is an easy top 10/5 artist for me. Can’t really say. What I’ve heard of Waits is great stuff

Does Tom's whole decade of nothing count as anything? Bob is nearly a decade older and still cranking out great albums (which have more than made up for his weak 80s)
