I disagree honestly. He had just been yelling at dude. Even when the owner tried to pass him, yeah he grabbed him but if he was really in a beat ya ass kinda mood he woulda just swung at the owner right then when he stood up.

If that owner woulda sat in that seat, I'm almost positive that guy woulda yelled at him a bit longer and then stormed off.

The push into the chair and the grabbing of the shirt were acts to restrain the owner, because he was pissed and he wanted to scream at him.
