A search warrant is pretty much just a license to kill. Especially if they rolling in a whole SWAT team at the dead of night for a single suspect.

Okay so he did have a gun on him, which was legally registered to him I believe, so he has a right to defend himself. The police in this instance also have that right as well technically, some ppl wont like that but that's facts. This death and others like it are a direct result of poor policy imo. No knock warrants should completely be outlawed as they put everyone involved at risk. These type of warrants seem to have come into play partly due to the disasterous war on d**** culture.

They ain't even give him time to get his hands up. They expected him to die.

Every single cop that dies or gets injured in a no-knock absolutely and 100% deserves it.

If you have enough evidence to make an arrest, then you do not need to no-knock even if possible evidence gets destroyed. If you're performing a no-knock to acquire evidence, then you do not have enough evidence to perform a raid in the first place.

Basically kick in the door, catch a body, paperwork.
