Anybody know anything on this? Boi-1da didn’t have a single credit on CLB but had a credit on a diss song on Donda. Seems very strange. I’m now wondering if Drake and 1da had a falling out and then Drake had a 5 or 6 song hole on the album that had to be filled. Could explain the delay. Anybody have info on this?

It’s strange, I’m sure they did a bunch of songs together that didn’t make that cut. I Did and In the Cut with Roddy for example

1da is an excellent producer, one of my favourites of all time. but it's very possible that what drake was going for didn't fit in with 1da's production style. DLDT showed that drake floats over OZ type beats in a different way than over 1da beats. they're more modern to kids who like artists like carti and uzi, so it makes sense to me. it is strange though that 1da didn't have any introspective do not disturb kind of beats on this record.

Oh might I add this is drakes lowest rated album so far by critics and I don’t exactly think it’s take care or anything. I’d think he had room for a boi-1da beat.
