This song is crazy. Justin always sounds so good on this 80’s soft rock/pop production

The vocals sound amazing when taken by themselves, but it’s the damn clipped crunchy broken production that was jarring to me.

I like it more on repeated listens, but the verses are so clean and smooth and I’d love to hear Justin on that. It sounds blissful but the lyrics get lost.

People will hear the hook at think that sounds like how modern bon iver sounds. But nothing on any of his albums is as clipped and distorted in a not creative way as this hook.

Love the song though and love what he did on it
