Much as I would love to live in a world where Sons of Kemet are a bigger name than Tinashe, it truly does lol

Damn, first time I don’t know a top line festival headliner. Who is Gryffin?

Edit: truly crazy world where Herbie Hancock and Suicideboy$ are both considered second-line tier for a major festival

Even as a total music nerd who looks hard at the undercard of these lineups before buying tickets, I couldn't justify the price with these headliners. And it's not like the undercard is that great.

10 years ago they were pulling in Radiohead, Kendrick, Black Star, Flying Lotus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Skrillex when he was really popping still, Bon Iver, just a way better class of acts overall. This is a thrown together group of lower tier acts with no clear sense of direction.

i don't even know if it's the organizers' faults these days man a lot of these festival lineups been looking

artists who don't have to do s*** and go on the road are really taking advantage of this time

It sucks because I actually want to go to fests again but the lineups just haven't been worth the money lately.

You get who you can get get.

it's a damn shame g he was my favorite member in the band. mf is one of the best guitarists alive too

In terms of the all time greats i definitely think he’s a bit underrated. When you think of the best guitarists from that era his name never comes up but he was definitely great.

Agreed, it’s just too weird of a mix for a festival. I’d rather it be focused toward one genre.
