Also if ASOIAF will ever be finished, I think a reboot cartoon/anime style adaptation could work better than a live-action one.

I’m of the belief that a faithful adaption of this film is impossible. The extreme violence, racism and lack of redeeming characters are things that keep films from being made. I think the bio shock series had the same issues

It'd be an extremely difficult book to adapt well, I agree, but not impossible
Coens or PTA would kill it I think

This is kinda a difficult question since I think most IPs have already been exploited by movie studios and steaming platform. Like damn near everything seems to have been done already. And the s*** that hasn’t been done there’s already something similar already.
