They’re seeking asylum which is a legal process. What they are doing is not illegal, they’re just being denied access to a process America claims to support

How do you deal with millions of immigrants ? Where to house them ? Where will they stay at their arrival ? How many of them have a criminal record or are potential criminals ? How do you know which one of them carry communicable diseases ? Letting random people cross the border like that and enter a country is just dumb and irresponsable.

Yeah you're right that is wrong. I'm from Arizona so I've known about Border Patrol being f***ed up since I was a child. I'm only privy to immigration from Mexico and applied that logic here. America is f***ed

to be fair... they don't even teach us about these processes here and the media doesn't help. came off a bit harsh just saw the same comment through the thread and got frustrated

i only really know cus i worked a couple summers at refugee agencies. but if you can reach a border you should automatically have the right to submit an application. we just ignore that in the U.S these past few years
