he was the best player available you didn’t have to trade players for, you could play him either next to smart or in the double big lineup with smart still getting his 30+ minutes and closing the game. and if smart wasn’t mature enough to accept the same minutes just not starting the first couple minutes of the game, then he doesn’t have a championship mindset.
