wow man it was so awesome beating the hawks twice in a week what a great team we are! when we lose all 3 games this week maybe you'll finally realize we're mediocre af.
rough loss

not gonna be a long playoffs if they can't figure out a basketball game is 48 minutes.

We're not mediocre, we're not elite.
We're a good team with potential.
Update your expectations accordingly.

f*** synop
we finally play a good team and look what happens lmfao
please someone explain to me why this team wouldn't be better off without kemba
I think Kemba is the passive pg needed for Tatum to accend to superstardom and brown to star level. Tatum future 40 and 50 point games won't be denied by kembas ego.

but look at his VORP!
I was telling y’all tatum’s % at the rim was due for positive regression, 52.2% at the rim since Dec 1
Rest of February schedule has huge games remaining. Started really with okc Sunday but tonight v Houston it continues
I f***ing can’t stand watching the Rockets play. So many garbage ass fouls they get gifted

52.2% isn't good. he's actually 62.2% in the restricted area since december 1st. but that's not even good either. thats outside of the top 20 among forwards who i identified as not just dunkers (nba has a lot of centers/small ball 5's listed as forwards) and it's not like he's continuously doing better. he's 53.35 in the restricted area in the last 10 games.

got that # off the celtics twitter not sure where they got it. looking it up myself he's 54% on the season under 5ft which is meh but considering he was in the 40s to start clearly there's been positive regression.
not sure where to find restricted area numbers but since 12/1 he's been at 58.5% inside 5 feet. kawhi is 61.5% inside 5 ft for comparison. beal, butler, harden, pg are all in that range. so he's not quite there but he's no more than ~3-5% off most of the elite scorers in the NBA.
I know Smart’s shooting percentage are slightly below average but he’ll randomly have a game like when he dropped his career high and tonight where he isn’t fearless to shoot it whether it goes in or not. If his offensive consistency ever sticks his game elevates to a different level. Or like the game vs Golden State a few weeks back where he was the second leading scorer which he’s been in a handful of games.
Great game guys
top 1 game ive seen all year
what are our options for trading tatum
what are our options for exiling you
