remains to be seen, I don’t know what’s out there. they’re still good assets to have and absolutely move the needle in trades. and KP is a better player than smart to begin with. if he had a repeat of last season, this trade is a W with no picks involved at all.

smart also had a down year and is turning 30 next season. we might look back on this and say we sold high. a fringe all star and 2 firsts is a nice haul from a value standpoint.

mfer we were on the verge of going up 3-1 in the finals with Smart until we just bricked every open shot. The only needle to be moved is to "title winners" and KP aint doing that, especially not with the playmaking hole we have now and a corpse as a coach

you think porzingis post ups are the difference in us winning a title yes or no? the shooting and defense is irrelevant, Horford shot 44% or whatever in the regular season and we had an elite defense.

horford was a brick all postseason and was not effective in drop, KP was a top level drop defender

and then we'll find out that posting up in the playoffs against a locked in defense in the most high pressure of situations is a lot different than posting up in some irrelvant february game for the wizards
