He's useful in the role given. Brings energy and is a legit lob threat. But more minutes will expose him defensively. He can get blocks, but will forget to box out, or he'll be clueless when or not to help.

The game still needs to slow down a bit for him. I def see the potential in his game, and he should get more minutes to continue his development. But he plays for the Boston Celtics and "we're supposed to contend" so not much room for mistakes. Which means a tight leash by Brad.
