Hey guys this is really hard to type and I feel kinda cringe but how do you get out of a rut at the beginning of quarantine me and ex broke up tbh I’m not too hung up over it other than feeling really lonely, I’ve been taking an online course that I needed to take and going to gym regularly but what more can I do to get back out there my confidence is still pretty low and I wanna take the steps necessary towards feeling better any advice is appreciated

  • It’s easy to get lost in your thoughts in this time — I’d recommend starting a journal or diary or get one of those planners just so you have some outlet

It seems like she hurt you and you still ain't over it. Only thing I know is that whenever you start daydreaming about how she was so amazing and you were awful: remember all the wrong she did and all her flaws whether physical or personality wise so that you don't end up hating yourself and idolizing her. Of course you can't expand on that and start full out hating her but you should see her more as a flawed human just like you than an angel.

for me, the best thing was to push my thoughts of her to the back of my head (it was easy because at that time I had basically gotten over her) and just focused on all the s*** I wanted to do but couldn't while I was with her (she took up a lot of my time and really prohibited basic hobbies)

Def. doesn't work for everyone, but i'd say just get into to s*** that you've wanted to for a while and just weren't able to. Whether it's something as simple as playing video games, to something like writing, making music, etc.

    Start an onlyfans

    this.

Ever since I started my onlyfans last month my confidence has gone up as well as my $$$

You would think onlyfans only works if you’re a hot girl but you’d be surprised how many girls are willing to pay to see a very average looking guy like me posting nude selfies.

I’m not even ripped/buff at all or that handsome.. just goes to show you that ppl really do have diff preferences and not all girls are looking for some model type.

so far I have 82 subs and my monthly subscription fee ranges from 5-20$

Working out/meditating really help clear your head and think clearer op. Even a 15-20 minute workout to start can do wonders

Try starting and maintaining a routine for yourself
