There's two types of Tank opponents, ones that come to show him up and beat him in grand fashion, get KO'd(Rolly, Ryan). Then there's guys that come to win, the gameplay is to actually box and stand your ground, not be intimidated by Tank, are the ones that came closest to handing him an L(Cruz).

I think Frank Martin is a bit of both, but I feel like he's closer to the "I need to show everyone who's better" side. I don't think Frank wins, but if Frank can maintain composure, keep Tank honest and focus on a boxing match, he'll go the distance. As soon as he thinks he can go blow for blow/skill for skill with Tank, it's over.
