Just watched some of his highlights on IG

I’d pick him over any heavyweight in his prime aside from like 2-3 guys. And even then those are toss ups imo. Ali really took a beating and had life altering injuries from that gameplan and how he fought.

dont think it was Lennox that ducked. Think Foreman himself said he didn't want to fight lewis although I think the fight was actually close to happening since Lewis wanted to become undisputed and wanted the lineal title that foreman held from 94 to 97. Shannon Briggs vs Foreman was supposed to be setting up the Lewis fight If i recall correctly but Foreman got robbed on the score cards so we got briggs vs lewis instead.

Now I know for a fact Tysons team wanted none of Foreman lol. Terrible style match up for him. Also think Bowe backed out of a fight with foreman around the time Bowe become undisputed I believe (or it didn't happen cas of bowe putting his belt in the bin

I think Ali is the only dude crazy enough to put himself through that. And I truly believe George could have won a rematch too. And we saw what happened to Ali later in life from his style of boxing.

oh yeah if foreman was in his 20's during his 90s run it would have been a different story. no loss to tommy morrison thats for sure.

Ali's gameplan was perfect for the night and i think both george and ali knew the rematch would have been a whole lot different hence why we never got it.
