Yep, I backed out of buying the Canelo card for tonight. Tbh, the Turki is sort of a trash matchmaker, plus he's overpaying fighters so their going into fights looking to get this s*** over with.

I think after Canelo/Crawford, the Saudi money bubble will burst.

Honestly the worst part of this entire weekend was using time square as a venue lol. Massive night everyone was interested in and instead of selling out MSG we go for a freezing cold corner of a street that held around 200 people with 0 atmosphere. Almost feel that had an effect of the performance of the fighters honestly.

I feel like with Rolly/Ryan and Canelo/Scull, Turki was thinking "easy KOs" for both stars in question. I don't think he actually looked at these dudes and added up how everyone matches up stylistically. I also think Canelo is sort of shot as far as being a total package boxer.

Crawford could beat him on points if he avoids Canelo's power and doesn't clipped. Crawford is probably going to need to make the fight boring tbh. At the end of the day though, I'm amazed that the fight is official, Crawford/Canelo is actual dream match material.

I don’t think it’s trash matchmaking. It was good and clearly set up to hype up Garcia and Haney rematch but they both threw it away lmao. Canelo was just a Tune up to sell him and Crawford but it was boring too. The matchups were good enough to have me interested but yea the money they giving em gas it feeling like a big sparring match. They’re not hungry.
