I think Virgil Ortiz is significantly better than Ryan Garica

I don't think that's controversial. Ortiz looks like a fully developed fighter ready to contend. Ryan doesn't.

I like how he’s a patient fighter and how he feints and he throws crisp short punches, I was impressed/convinced when he stopped Herrera,who is a very slick, cagey, and experienced veteran. Ortiz in a couple years would cook the likes of thurman, Danny Garica. But to be fair I wouldn’t rush him too elite yet

He's still inexperienced. Lots of steps to go before he challenges anybody of note imo. His contemporary is Boots Ennis. I'd certainly favor Virgil at this point. Both have pretty combos, but Ortiz is a real puncher. Wouldn't mind seeing Virgil fight the likes of Butaev or Besputin. A quality guy who wouldn't command a huge purse. Easy to get done.
