Luke Campbell is what we call a privileged boy. How can someone struggle and land only a few good punches vs Loma and Linares but still be soooo well respected and considered tough and legit while other fighters would be called exposed or trash. Imagine being asked what are your best career highlights and answering “i did ok in my losses vs loma and linares” 🙄

I will tell you why pride and nationalism is just stupidity in sports.

Im part filipino and my dad is full filipino. Before the Mayweather/Pacquiao bout, I told my dad that I think that Mayweather will outpoint Pacquiao; while citing Pacquiaos difficulties against notable counter punchers. He looks at me and straight up, with no counterargument, just calls me stupid and a traitor in front of my family. Then He literally yells “WE ARE FILIPINO AND PACQUIAO WILL WIN NO MATTER WHAT” and my uncles cheered him on. Wow what a dumbass 😂 Floyd schooled Pac. Completely wrong game plan by Pac/Roach.

Again pride and nationalism is a trait of weakness and a display of very very low IQ and EQ scores. Pride and Nationalism is something you turn to when you, yourself, have nothing to offer individually. Just like my dumbass dad 😂 weak fellas resort to groupthink 😂

At the end of the day he’s a respectable, experienced fighter that has fought at the highest level and didn’t get stopped. He’s still 10 times better than any opponent Ryan Garica has fought too date

That is true but I am just talking about how some fighters have privileged respect. Jorge Linares is one of these guys too; he’s been knocked out 5 times and 3 of those were in round 1 or 2. But he will never be called glass jaw or exposed or trash; he will always be a “tough and exciting fighter”. This incredible bias has to go

Great fight. Zepeda has very impressive and calculated shots/combinations. Baranchyk is good in terms of strength and agility but he needs to work on his patience throughout rounds and calmness during onslaughts. He attacks fire with fire too much and doesnt take a deep breath before he gets up when he gets knocked down. Interesting to see where both fighters go from here. Both have big potential but Baranchyk is a little too reckless

True Baranchyk needed too be more patient and step back and take his time, he needs too make a lot of adjustments, he was walking into a lot of unnecessary punches
