It's all true though, Gamboa was a unified champ at 126 pounds and went up to 135 for god knows why, got smoked by Crawford and never been the same since. That was 4 years ago

Sheesh. Only thing they didnt say is he can't satisfy his wife in bed

I'm just wondering how Davis compares to the other lightweights.. there's alot of cans in the division but it's hard to see davis win against Teofimo, Lomachenko, Haney.. Maybe he beats Commey

27 jabs landed from gervonta lol

Gamboa has been a shadow of himself, since he lost too Crawford, his legs and reflexes, and chin are shot. He losts nothing like the vintage/prime Gamboa. He often fought with his hands down, so the opportunity for the ko was always there. Imagine the criticism is loma, made it too the 12th round with this version of Gamboa

The problem with tank is that he was looked for the knock out punch, instead of throwing combos

Gamboa may have not put the best fight but he was there, fighting back, surviving, and lasting almost til the end against one of the best around that weight. Boxing fans are weird and delusional; they applaud other fighters for doing this but not Gamboa. Disclaimer: i am not a gamboa fan boy lmao

I mean people are just being honest, I see people giving him respect For fighting with his torn what ACL? but I also see people being honest in saying he’s an old way past his prime blown up featherweight, They’re not wrong either. It’s good to say both, he’s a warrior but he’s a rusted shell of his former self, you gotta accept both because it’s true regardless of his performance
