training for a movie is not learning the fundamentals of boxing. i doubt he would remember much of what he was told if he got into a real fight. a lot of that movie stuff is just choreographing s*** so it looks sort of credible. and even then, hollywood stays making a joke out of actual fighting.

MBJ hasnt done s*** except film creed. nothing beats actually getting in the ring and competing. nate might have trained some s*** but once he was in the actual competition with an opponent trying to punch him in the face he panicked. i think with an actor it would be the same scenario unless they come from a martial arts or boxing background

actors and basketball players arent trained to get socked in the face and dont react to that s*** well at all lol

i doubt hes done more training that jake paul. hes probably more in the same lane that nate is in. had some trainers show him some s*** and thats it. if you have no experience tho, its hard to stay calm and collected once the fight starts. nates training went out the window obviously.

its 1 thing to post s*** on social media showing you hitting mitts and sweating. once the fight starts and you eat that first body shot or shot to the head, its a whole different thing

actors dont like getting injured and they def dont like getting their faces bruised, which comes with the territory of putting in the gym work. a decent looking dude like MBJ that makes stacks isnt going to do the hard training necessary because hes an actor. he chills and gets paid, he doesnt have to actually fight for a living. mfers forreal get their faces rearranged and come out of fights never looking the same. actors arent about that life
