and I'm feeling nauseous, irritable, tired, moody,
I really took for granted just how much coffee I was truly drinking all these years.
I'm wanting to fail so bad rn and drink some but I'm trying to stay committed to cutting it completely, needing some reinforcement rn
Why are you quitting
Ive drank so much its really not offering any true productivity help/alertness. I think my dependency on it has gotten to a point.
I know now I was pretty much over the limit on daily caffeine suggested
But mostly Its been f***ing my sleep up and making me feel like a zombie to an extend.
What helps is getting a decaff coffee! Im not joking. Im very proud of your for trying to kick this addiction its genuinely the biggest problem right now with humans and no one talks about it

I fear your likelihood of relapse will be you hitting an equilibrium where you believe the return will be worth it again. Fight through that feeling and know it no longer serves you and will always lead to inverse returns. Good luck ❤️

i stopped after drinking multiple espressos a day since i was like 13. after a couple years now i just enjoy a couple matchas every now and then if i feel tired.

You just a b**** tbh
Grown ass man talking about coffee withdrawals
Moderate coffee consumption has multiple benefits, assuming you're not way above the daily threshold. If coffee is too strong and interfering with sleep (you shouldn't be drinking it past the afternoon tbh), green tea or black tea could be the move once your tolerance has been reduced, and likely won't interfere with sleep as much. It doesn't have to be all or nothing
