The pillow-talking could have been about any woman. Because he sends shots at Kanye in the song doesn't mean that particular line is about what Pusha claimed.
Also, if that's the case, doesn't that directly contradict the line about him lying 100% and it not being how it went that Drake says about 4 bars earlier?
I would have totally agreed with you if this was one of the first instances of Drake rapping about women pillow-talking, but it isn't and I doubt it'll be the last. That's why I feel like it could be about a totally different situation.
Of course, that's just what I think.
