I’ve had this Undercover ribcage jacket for almost a year now and while it was worn in pretty well from its previous owner, the arms are still stiff as s***. Feel like I’m walking around like a robot or something smh.

Is there anything else you can do to help break in leather (other than just wearing it often)?

I remember when I was a kid my dad would put things like that in a big tub of hot water and after that it would mold to your form better, but not sure that’s something I should be doing on a $2,000+ jacket

You could try moisturizing/conditioning it but I think wearing it to hell is mandatory.
